  • the introduction of enhanced field service scheduling and prioritisation capabilities.

  • improvements to supply chain and warehousing processes to support faster response times where there are issues with hardware

bp pulse remains committed to achieving compliance with the reliability requirement and will continue to focus on operational, technical and process improvements during 2026 to meet the Public Charge Point Regulations 99% threshold.
