Important update: bp pulse home charging

We want to let you know about some upcoming changes to bp pulse home chargers.

From 18th November 2025, customers will no longer be able to manage their home charging remotely through the Home Charging Portal. This means that the following smart features will no longer be available:

  • Remote access to your charger via the bp pulse home charging portal

  • Viewing or downloading remote charging records

  • Creating or updating charging schedules

  • Telephone support for managing smart charging functions

Your bp pulse home charger will still work as a manual charger, and you can continue charging your vehicle manually as usual.

What are my options?

Your home charging unit will continue to function as a manual home charging unit. You can still plug in your EV and charge as usual. However, our home charging customers will no longer be able to use smart functions such as charging scheduling.
