Frequently asked questions

With the bp pulse app, you don’t need a username - Simply login using your mobile phone number or email address used during registration.

If the information you entered is correct, you’ll receive a one-time verification code to the phone number or email address you entered.

Sign into the app, then click the profile icon in the bottom navigation bar. From here, you can click into Recent transactions to view charging history for the last 90 days.  

Can’t see your recent sessions? As part of a recent upgrade to the bp pulse app, session details from before 6/24/25 are no longer available. Please contact customer support on 833-277-8573 if you need a copy of these for your records.

If you need details of a previous session not included in this, or didn’t use the bp pulse app to pay for your session, please contact customer support on 833-277-8573.

If this is your first time logging in, the first thing you need to do is register. New customers should follow the sign-up process outlined in the FAQ below. 

  1. Open the bp pulse app and click the profile icon in the bottom navigation bar. From here, click ‘Create an account’

  2. Enter your mobile number 

  3. A one-time passcode will be sent to you via text. Enter this code in the app to continue 

  4. Enter your email address 

  5. Click on the one time password sent to your email

  6. Enter your first and last name

  7. View and agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy  

  8. Complete your registration  

  1. Open the bp pulse app and click ‘Log in’ 

  2. Enter your phone number or email address to sign in with a one time passcode

  3. Complete your login 

Note: if you registered on our app before 6/25/25, you will need to re-register when logging in for the first time after this date. Please follow the sign-up process outlined in the FAQ above.

Click the profile icon in the bottom navigation bar. From here, you can edit personal details including name, mobile number, email address, and payment method.
