Simply navigate to the “Subscriptions” screen within the Account section of the bp pulse app and click “Subscribe”.
If you already have a payment method loaded in the bp pulse app then you can choose to use it. You can also easily add your preferred direct debit payment method when you subscribe.
Please note that we only accept Credit/Debit cards as a preferred direct debit payment method. You can continue to pay for your charging sessions with PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay if you wish.
You are billed as soon as you subscribe to the plan and can immediately access the subscription plan benefit/s. You will be billed monthly thereafter based on the date you joined.
Find your next billing date in the bp pulse app under the Account section, on the subscription details screen. You will be billed on the same date of each month.
You will receive your subscription plan benefit/s at any bp pulse location. Your subscription plan will be visible on all “Location” and “Station” screens in the bp pulse app.
You can see if your subscription plan benefit discount has been applied during and after the completion of any charging session within the bp pulse app – on the session details and transaction details screens.
Yes! You can see how much you’ve charged, spent and saved each current billing period in the bp pulse app. Go to the account settings section and select your subscription details screen.
No, there is no limit to how much you can charge and receive the subscription benefit discount unless otherwise stated when signing up for your subscription.
Yes! You can share your subscription benefits with direct family members or anyone that lives in your household when using your bp pulse account. We do not condone the sharing of account credentials beyond your household, and you are liable for any misuse as per the bp pulse Terms and Conditions.
Yes, you can cancel anytime in the bp pulse app. You will continue to receive your subscription plan benefits until the end of your billing period.
You will need to cancel your existing subscription plan and subscribe to the new plan. You will be charged for the new plan, and a new billing period will start for your new subscription plan. You will receive the benefits for the new subscription plan immediately.
Note you will not be refunded for any remaining benefit period still active on your existing plan once subscribed to a new plan.
You will always receive the highest subscription plan discount you are eligible for. Any other discounts cannot be applied in conjunction with, or instead of your subscription benefit discount.
