What is the EV Rally?
Hitting five capital cities and over 1200 miles, it's an exhilarating adventure that brings together EV enthusiasts, industry leaders, and passionate drivers to embark on a remarkable journey across the country, showcasing the country’s EV charging infrastructure. The route spans some of the UK's most iconic landmarks, taking participants on a thrilling expedition that combines speed, strategy, and a dash of friendly competition, with photo checkpoints along the way. Will the bp pulse team be crowned the winners a second year in a row?

Leading the charge, the bp pulse team is armed with an impressive fleet of electric vehicles, each designed to showcase the power and performance of sustainable mobility. The team will be racing in a selection of cutting-edge EVs, including the impressive Hyundai IONIQ 5, the ultra-stylish Audi e-tron, and sleek Volkswagen ID.4.
Driving the bp pulse team to victory is a group of individuals who are passionate about electric vehicles, including our Vice President Akira Kirton. Each member is a driving force behind the vision of a greener and more sustainable future, propelling the team towards success.
As the adrenaline-pumping race winds its way through the country, bp pulse's extensive charging network will play a crucial role in keeping the team powered up and ready for action. With over 8,750 charging stations across the UK, including major charging hubs featuring rapid and ultrafast chargers, bp pulse ensures that electric vehicle drivers, including fleets, are always just a short pit stop away from recharging their batteries.
Launching our most powerful hub to date
One of the most exciting pit stops along the route is bp pulse's brand-new charging hub in Kettering. The hub will be officially launched on the 3rd of July, coinciding with The EV Rally. As drivers and spectators come along to witness the rally, bp pulse will extend a warm welcome to drivers and hot drinks on site.
