bp pulse’s network of EV charging sites will now be accessible to Chargefox app users and RFID card holders. Chargefox users will be able to start and pay for charging sessions at these locations, seamlessly integrating bp pulse’s convenient and reliable charging infrastructure with one of Australia’s most popular EV charging apps.

This announcement means there are an additional 300 charging bays added to Chargefox, making them available to the over 300,000 EV drivers who use Chargefox to find their next charge.

For bp pulse, being on the Chargefox platform means more drivers can find and access EV chargers across the country. Drivers benefit by having easy, secure access to more chargers. Ultimately everyone wins by accelerating the transition to Electric Vehicles

The addition of bp pulse chargepoints will take the total number of public charging plugs available on Chargefox to over 3500, across metropolitan, regional and rural locations in every state and territory.

By teaming up with Chargefox we’re helping more EV drivers get from A to B. We’re drawing on our global EV charging experience to build a fast-charging network in Australia that’s supported by bp’s convenience stores. With barista-made coffee at bp’s wildbean cafes, EV drivers charging with bp pulse can easily grab a coffee or snack while their vehicle chargers - a win for drivers on-the-go.
